Jeanne Z. Moscarillo, CPCU, CIC, AU, AAI, CRIS, is currently an account manager in the construction department at Britton-Gallagher & Associates Inc., a Cleveland, Ohio, insurance agency. Previously, she worked as an underwriter at Progressive Insurance Company. Moscarillo has been a licensed agent since 1980; she earned the CPCU designation in 1989 and the CIC designation in 2006.
