Qualifications for Candidate Membership

To qualify for a candidate membership, you must:

• Have passed at least four CPCU exams.

• Be considered “active” by The Institutes. (Active is defined by The Institutes as a student who has had some contact with The Institutes over the past year, whether it was requesting information over the phone or taking an exam.)

• Pay half the CPCU Society’s annual dues and respective half chapter dues.

• Comply with the CPCU Code of Professional Ethics.
