Bleu is an International Coordinator at Aon France. He holds a Bachelors degree in International Trade and French, and has six years of experience in the insurance industry - two of which in France. Bleu is fluent in French and specializes in the placement and coordination of global property and casualty programs.

Tony Hughes, CPCU, AU, AIC, ARe, AIM, AIS, AINS, API
Tony, A Scottish-American, is a Product Manager in the Trucking Division of Great American Insurance headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tony has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Engineering and spent more than a dozen years as a traffic engineer in his native Scotland before immigrating to the United States in 2003. His background is in Claims and latterly, Product Management.

Elaine George, CPCU, ARM
Regional Commercial Underwriter for United States Liability Insurance Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, located in Southern California, currently responsible for the group’s Circle of Excellence submission. She is a graduate of St. Stanislaus College (British Guyana), the Borough of Manhattan College (New York City) and the University of Southern Maine. Doug K. Adams, CPCU
President of Independent brokerage, Adams & Son, Inc, Douglas Adams began work in the insurance industry with Liberty Mutual in 1978. He also worked for Chubb in their commercial lines, umbrella and agency interface departments. He is the eldest son of four generations to participate in the family brokerage business. Licensed throughout the U.S,, his business dealings include Europe and Asia.
With over 50 years of experience in the business, he specializes in reverse flow business for foreign-owned businesses. He frequently travels overseas, with trips to Greece, Turkey & Austria. Douglas is one of twelve distinguished insurance experts to visit Russian and Czech insurers after the Iron Curtain fell in St Petersburg, Moscow & Prague. He is a graduate of the University of Boulder, Colorado, where he attended on an athletic scholarship.

Tony Cabot, CPCU ARM
Tony serves as senior executive officer of Argo Re (CFIC) Ltd., and as director of product development for the Argo Group. As director of product development, he leads the effort to provide a comprehensive system of product development that ensures that good ideas get to market in a controlled and consistent manner with minimal delay. As Senior Executive Officer of Argo Re (DIFC) Ltd. in Dubai, UAE, Tony is responsible for setting the strategic direction, operational progress as well as motivating staff, compliance requirements and contact for external parties, including regulators, press and potential clients in the Middle East.
Tony is a member of 3iG (International Insurance Interest Group) and a founding member of the Europe Chapter of the CPCU Society. He is an active member of the Italian Academic Risk Management Association and a guest lecturer at the University of Verona’s Masters in Risk Management program. He also represents the Argo Group within the United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) Insurance Commission and a supporter of the “Principles for Sustainable Insurance.”

George Corde, CPCU
George is Vice President at Chartis International's world Wide Liabilities Group in their NYC headquarters. He has his MBA from The University of Hartford's Barney School of Business, his BA from Boston College and is the President Elect of the CPCU's New York City Chapter. George has 25+ years of insurance experience with specialties in several international areas including automobile insurance, construction insurance, captive programs and multinational insurance programs.
Michael Dower
Vice President for CNA International located in Chicago, IL and an active CPCU International Committee member. He has been in the international property and casualty insurance business for 25 + years including postings overseas. He has his Masters degree from The American Graduate School of International Management ("Thunderbird") in Phoenix, AZ, and his BA in Public Administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Peggy A. Ellis, CPCU, CLU, ChFC, CPIW
Peggy is an experienced leader in insurance administration, underwriting and claims. She earned her BBA and MBA from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She's completed executive development programs at Harvard Business School, University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Columbia University, Hillsdale College Dow Leadership Center, University of Michigan, and the Brookings Institute. She has conducted market research on the developing Indian market as she explores the growing international business environment. She is a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Fellow of Life Management.

Anthony Fienberg, CPCU, ARe, RPLU
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has twenty years of underwriting, management and consulting experience in the property & casualty insurance and reinsurance industries, in both the U.S, and Europe. Most Recently, he helped found and ran a small, specialist insurer in France. Speaking numerous languages, he is very active in promoting insurance knowledge within the insurance industry and beyond.

Don George, CPCU, ARM, AU
Don is the Casualty Underwriter Manager for RSA Insurance Agency, an MGA in New York, and he formerly worked for Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company headquartered in London, UK. In this capacity, he manages all the local U.S. Liability placements for RSA's and their network partners' global programs, as well as advises them on US Liability insurance issues. He is a fellow of RSA's Technical Academy for both Liability and ProFin networks.

Cinda Hartman, CPCU, CLU
Having celebrated her 40th anniversary in insurance, Cinda has taught CPCU and INS classes in northeastern Pennsylvania for over 15 years. She is the owner of an independent agency, which has been in her family since 1926. Cinda also developed an exchange program with the University of St. Petersburg in Russia for graduate students of their insurance curriculum, as well as teaching Economic Institute insurance students. She accompanied CPCU Society President Marvin Kelly on the first-ever risk management delegation to Russia and the Ukraine. This fall she will be a presenter at the 75th Anniversary Conference for the Economic Institure.

Michael Leinenbach, CPCU, AIM, ARe, ARM, ASLI
Michael is a Senior Underwriter with Zurich North America, Global Corporate Division, International Casualty, in New York City. He currently underwrites global casualty programs for multinational enterprises, and also serves on the governing committee of the CPCU Society's International Insurance Interest Group, and is a member of the CPCU Society's New York and Central Jersey Chapters.
Alicja Lukaszewicz-Southall, CPCU
Alicja is a Senior Underwriter for XL Insurance's International Casualty unit in Chicago, specializing in global casualty programs for US multinationals. Her international insurance career began over 15 years ago, and she is fluent in several languages (English, French, Polish and Spanish). She is the current CPCU Chicago Chapter Vice-President and completed her management studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Ramya Sunad, CPCU
Ramya Sunad has been in the Insurance Industry since 2005. She has had experience in P&C Underwriting, Six Sigma for insurance companies, insurance operations, risk inspection and training fellow team mates and agents.
She firmly believes that education and academics makes a better professional. Becoming a CPCU and an ARM has given her the formal education in Insurance which in itself she regards, has been a huge experience. In the long term Ramya wants to venture into Risk Management with an insurance perspective and support and contribute to the continuation of education. She is very dedicated to spreading the CPCU word. Having been active in the making of the India Chapter she is now looking forward to contribute to the International Insurance Interest Group. On the academic front she is a graduate in Electrical Engineering and holds an MBA.

Birgit Vosper, CPCU
Birgit is the Regional Casualty Technical Claims Manager for liabilities and environmental insurances for Europe. She is a qualified lawyer in Germany and a Solicitor in England & Wales. Birgit started her career at Ge Frankona Re in 2002. In 2009 Birgit moved to London and worked within the claims arena for Brit and Argo International before joining Chartis in 2011.

Brian Jinzenji, CPCU, ARM is the Vice President of Commercial Lines of Global Services and Product & Materials Management at AIU Insurance Company, a Chartis Company. Prior to joining AIU, Brian was the Regional Profit Center Manager for Financial Lines at AIG Far East Holdings. He is a graduate of Keio University in Japan & the current president of the Japan CPCU Society Chapter.

Manus C. (Chris) O'Donnell, CPCU, ARM, AMIM
Chris is administrative vice president and director of Corporate Insurance and Risk for M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY. A CPCU since 1982, he recently served as newsletter editor for the Society's Agent & Broker Section. He is a past president of the Buffalo Chapter, where he has also served as treasurer, secretary, vice president, and education chairman. Outside the Society, O'Donnell is vice president of the RIMS Upstate New York Chapter; a lecturer for IEA/PIAS; director of the Canisius College MBA Alumni Board; president-elect of the Buffalo State College Alumni Board; and a member of the Niagara County Risk Management Advisory Panel.
THE INSTITUTES' LIAISON
Saul J. Swartout
Saul J. Swartout is executive vice president of The Institutes. As EVP, he is responsible for developing The Institutes’ international business, and operating CEU.com compliance unit, Sales, Customer Service, and Human Development departments, as well as The Institutes’ Development Fund.
Swartout spent 31 years as a property-casualty practitioner and consultant prior to joining The Institutes in 2007, and was a senior consultant for the Robert E. Nolan Company and Blackwood Consulting - insurance and banking industry consulting firms. In this capacity, he specialized in operations process reengineering, statistical/actuarial reprocessing and restructuring, and reinsurance treaty analysis and program redesign.
