Synopsis

In this discussion, attendees will learn about ethical decision-making and develop skills to help them make the tough decisions. They will gain a better understanding of what motivates ethical behavior, learn the fundamentals of ethical decision-making, and develop a deeper commitment to professional responsibility. If you want to learn how your business ethics are impacted by the individual ethics of your colleagues, this discussion will interest you!

Learning Objectives
Attendees will look at ethics from a decision-making perspective, and will learn the difference between moral dilemmas and ethical dilemmas. Attendees will:

  • Understand the motivation for ethical behavior.

  • Develop a deeper commitment to professional responsibility.

  • Examine the difficulty of making tough decisions and learn how to examine all the issues involved.
