2012-2013 Program Guide—It is suggested that you read this Program Guide first as it contains detailed descriptions of the program.

2012-2013 Chapter Plan—Submit your Chapter Plan to your Chapter Governor by August 31st.  Then, using the same form describe your completed activities and submit the form to your chapter governor by December 31, 2013 to be considered for the Circle of Excellence Recognition Program.
